“In social psychology there is a concept called “herd mentality” which essentially means that humans can be influenced by their peers to adopt certain emotionally charged behaviors (sometimes extremely irrational behaviors).”

This is so true…especially in today’s instantaneous world of seeing, mirroring and wanting what others have or what others desire to have. Thus, telling and showing how your product is purchased and used by other customers they may admire/ respect is an important part of the trust-building process.
