I think you may have undersold the value of bitcoin.

I believe it is an asset - property in cyber-space, and the world has an unlimited supply of fiat to buy a limited supply of 21M Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is digital real estate. If Bitcoin’s 21 million units represented the surface area of habitable land on Earth, each unit of bitcoin would be equivalent to about 750 acres of land.
